About the fund

The Flexible Workforce Development Fund is open to Private, Public and Third Sector organisations across Scotland who pay the UK Government’s Apprenticeship Levy (paying more than £3M in salaries each year) or who are a Small to Medium-Sized Enterprise (SMEs). The funding allows you to access skills training to support with addressing skills gaps across your business. Apprenticeship Levy payers can access training up to the value of £15,000 and SMEs can access training up to the value of £5,000.

Please note: Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis, and early application is encouraged as the regional allocation is finite. Only one application can be submitted per company to the Flexible Workforce Development Fund.
