Overview

Develop relevant skills that are vital for architectural technicians. Including Building Information Modelling (BIM), you will gain hands-on experience through practical tasks and industry exposure.

Entry Requirements

You'll need at least one relevant Higher, preferably in English, Maths, or a science subject. Alternatively, a relevant NC course at SCQF Level 6 or a Foundation Apprenticeship in Civil Engineering will do. Don't have formal qualifications? We will also consider relevant experience or training.

Explore architectural design sketching, BIM processes, and advanced CAD usage. Explore construction technology, structural design, and common building services. Engage in practical tasks, from material testing to levelling surveys. Benefit from real-world applications and industry insights, including work placements and site visits.
