Experience in Accounting or a related field would be beneficial.
Course Content
3 HN units giving a PDA in Bookkeeping. These can contribute 3 credits to the HNC in Accounting.
Three HN Units covered:
- Recording Financial Information
- Using Financial Accounting Software
- Payroll
This covers manual and computerised bookkeeping using the Sage Accounting package along with understanding and operating Sage Payroll.
Next Steps
You could use the PDA to start an HNC Accounting. The 3 units in this PDA are also in the HNC Accounting.
